After ajaxWrite, the next in queue for launch will be ajaxXLS, this announcement was made today. Michael Robertson has till now released ajaxWrite, ajaxSketch and EyeSpot.
ajaxXLS 0.5 viewer is a web-based viewer application with a look and feel similar to Microsoft Excel. With one click you can easily open any .xls file in just a few seconds. The interactivity and responsiveness provided by AJAX programming allows you to enjoy the power and utility of a spreadsheet without the cost of conventional software.
We are very excited and eager to show you the newest addition to the AJAX family: ajaxXLS. As you can probably guess from the product name, this ambitious program opens, edits and saves spreadsheet documents with a click of a mouse.
