Its not any chemical equation.... Basically Alex Maccaw has put all these together and have comeup with Eribium, an rails CMS.
He has released Eribium, an Ruby on Rails CMS. It is a open source content managing editor, built with Ruby on Rails. It is released under the MIT Licence.
