Microsoft updates Atlas framework, issues "go-live" license

Earlier today, Microsoft released the March Community Technology Preview of Atlas, which is a free framework that enables AJAX-type functionality in ASP.NET. The March CTP of Atlas not only brings some new features, but it also gives users a "go-live" license for the framework, meaning that Atlas can be used in production applications whereas it could not before.
